Shipping Policy
What Shipping Services We Offer
Our customers are important to us so we try out best to offer the most affordable and quality services. All our orders are sent using a tracked service, the tracking information is sent to our customers via email or customers can visit their account dashboard once the order is shipped to view the tracking number.
When Do We Dispatch Orders
All orders placed before 2pm between Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day. We also dispatch most Saturdays. Any orders after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.
UK Shipping
We currently offer two services for our UK customers:
Standard Delivery – 2-4 working days
Express Delivery – next working day
Usually, either Evri or Royal Mail. Details are sent to customers once the order is shipped.
*Orders over £100 include free shipping.
International Delivery Services
We now ship abroad! We use Royal Mail to ship all of our international orders. Locations we ship to are as follows:

Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe, World Zone 2 or World Zone 3.
World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.
